Another day spent in schools.

I ventured into toady with a renewed sense of hope and eager to make another attempt at creativity. This was after seeing that a post of mind on www.angryjournalist.com caught the eye of PDN. A public forum to vent in anonymity is great to have.


Just a shot from tonight's basketball game that I wanted to share. Finals is upon us which means the season will soon be over. Soon evenings will be filled with soccer, baseball and golf. In a small community nothing is bigger than high school sports.
I have never really been a sports fan. Sure I would watch an occasional game here and there just because my company at the moment was into it. Only things I could ever watch and enjoy were cycling and beach volleyball.

I have found myself slightly entertained by some of the high schools events I have photographed. As I have said before I feel that this is a case of necessity being the mother of invention. I find entertainment in them because I must adapt. If I didn't find something in it for myself (realizing how bad that sounds) I would go crazy. You just need to have a reason for what you do and find solace even when you aren't quite at the summit or within site of your own everest. It makes rolling out of bed in the morning that much easier.
